Renovation & Site Knowledge装修工程与工地实务
Leave the classroom and understand the site. Learn how renovation actually happens in Malaysia — the trades, the sequence, wet works, carpentry, M&E — and how to measure, cost, and quote a project professionally.

Module Learning Objectives 模块学习目标
- Map the full renovation sequence from hacking to handover. 掌握从拆除到交房的完整装修工序。
- Understand wet works, tiling, plaster ceilings, and site carpentry with QC checkpoints. 了解泥水、贴砖、石膏天花与现场木工，并掌握验收要点。
- Plan M&E basics: electrical points, lighting circuits, plumbing, and air-conditioning. 规划水电基础：电位、灯光回路、给排水与冷气。
- Coordinate contractors and handle renovation rules for condos and landed homes. 与承包商协调，并处理公寓与有地住宅的装修规定。

LESSON 7.1
The Renovation Process A–Z装修流程全览
Goal: Know every stage of a renovation and who does what, when. 目标：掌握装修每个阶段，以及谁在何时做什么。

Costing & Quotation成本计算与报价
Goal: Measure works, apply market rates, and build a structured quotation. 目标：测量工程量、套用市场价格，编制结构化报价单。

- Measurement methods: per sqft, per point, lump sum 计价方式：按面积、按点位、总价
- Malaysian market rate ranges by trade 马来西亚各工种市场价格区间

LESSON 7.6
Renovation Plan & Quotation — Module Project装修计划与报价 — 模块项目
Goal: Deliver a complete scope, schedule, and quotation for a real unit. 目标：为真实单位交付完整工程范围、时间表与报价单。

- Writing a scope of works document 编写工程范围清单
- Building a week-by-week work schedule 制定按周排列的工程时间表
- Presenting costs to a client 向客户呈现与解释报价

Module Assessment 模块考核
40% Exercises (Lessons 7.1–7.5) · 50% Module Project (Lesson 7.6) · 10% Participation. Students must achieve 60% overall to progress to Module 8: Capstone Project & Career Launch.
40% 课堂练习（第 7.1–7.5 课）· 50% 模块项目（第 7.6 课）· 10% 课堂参与。总分达 60% 方可进入模块八：毕业项目与职业起航。
